That’s why our Featured Player spotlight isn’t just about talent… it’s about consistent progress and personal growth.

What makes a Featured Player?

For our coaches, a player stands out when they show the true values of the Bianconero DNA. It’s not always the fastest or strongest on the field. It’s the player who:

• Never gives up: Missed a pass yesterday? They try again today… and again… until they get it right.

• Listens and learns: Real improvement happens when players take advice and put it into practice.

How we measure success in youth soccer

Growth takes time — it’s a journey, not a sprint. At our academy, we celebrate progress in three key areas:

• Technical skills: Watching a player go from hesitation to confidence with the ball at their feet.

• Game understanding: That “aha!” moment when they understand positioning, spacing, or how to help a teammate.
