Winter games may slow the season, but technical development never stops. This week’s video focuses on ball mastery exercises that help players stay sharp, confident, and connected to the ball — even at home.


The drills shown in the video include:

  • Inside & outside taps

  • Sole taps, rolls, sole-to-sole, sole-to-inside

  • Cut & crush, pull & push

  • Scissors & stepovers

  • Figure 8 dribbling

  • Wall training

These exercises are designed to improve close control, coordination, first touch, and creativity, all essential for performing under pressure.

Just 10–20 minutes a day during the winter break can make a big difference when we return to the field.
