  • How are Coaches Developed?
Our coaches receive ongoing training in technical, mental, and safety aspects and are guided by the Juventus Methodology, as required by USYS and Juventus F.C. Training templates serve as the foundation of their sessions, and their performance is evaluated by Vasyl Atamanchuk, our training and game analysis expert. Giuseppe Zappella, our Juventus Academy Area Manager from Italy, provides additional support and advanced training during his quarterly visits and online sessions with the coaches.
  • How are Coaches Selected?
Head coaches are chosen based on their professional licenses, extensive experience, passion for soccer, and youth development backgrounds. We’re working on creating a webpage where you can view each coach’s qualifications and will share it once it is complete.
  • How are Trainings Planned?
Our Training Coordinator, Fernando Lopez, prepares training guides tailored to each age group. These serve as templates accessed by coaches to plan and structure their training sessions effectively according to the team’s needs. Training guides are based on the training and game analysis done by Vasyl Atamanchuk based on observations of practices and games.
  • How can I get Feedback from our Coach?
If you have questions regarding player feedback or something related to training, we encourage you to schedule time with your player’s coach. Feel free to reach out via
  • Why Scrimmage during Practice?
Scrimmages are an essential part of player development, helping both new and experienced players learn through practice. During scrimmages, coaches look out for mistakes made by players and will intervene if the same mistake is repeated. We’ve heard feedback regarding some teams spending more time scrimmaging than others, and this is being addressed with the appropriate staff. About 20 minutes of the practice should be allocated to scrimmages per the Juventus Methodology.
